Guidance for Change is a Manitoba-based organization that offers "guided living" services to the Winnipeg, Manitoba community.

We offer innovative approaches that help people manage issues that arise in their day-to-day lives.

Our services include presentations, workshops and one-on-one support to assist people with their daily needs. Our services are intended for people who live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, but as the company grows, we plan to offer services throughout Canada.

Our vision is to build Guidance for Change into a community resource in Winnipeg, Manitoba and then replicate the program in other communities across Canada.

DANIEL SALTEL
Founder and Principal
Daniel Saltel's interests are in research, innovation, and services that assist with overall wellness.

Daniel Saltel received his two Bachelor of Science degrees at the University of Manitoba in Computer Science and Psychology. He received his Masters of Science in Community Health Science at the University of Manitoba. The Department of Community Health Science is part of the Faculty of Health Sciences in the College of Medicine. Daniel Saltel's research interests are in the area of healthy aging and overall wellness. Daniel Saltel is the researcher who developed the Simple Memory Tool. ZOYA TERESHCHENKO
Project Manager
Creative, analytical marketing and communications manager with five years experience managing and developing marketing teams.
I have an eye for design, but my greatest passions are in the complex world of strategic marketing. My skill set includes experience in brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, content management and social media marketing.
I am a University of Winnipeg graduate with a post-graduate diploma in Public Relations, Marketing & Strategic Communications. Born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine, but six years ago my passion for exploring different cultures inspired my move to Canada.
Traveled more than 30 countries, and so far Canada and Ukraine are my favourites.
