Well-being Workshops
We offer well-being workshops that can give you ideas for self-care. Topics may include anything from the dimensions of wellness including the Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Occupational, Financial, or Environmental dimensions. For example, topics may include sleep, mindfulness, music, or exercise.

Mindfulness Workshops
Many people practice mindfulness approaches that focus on behaviors, such as focusing on the breath for 5 minutes per day. This workshop will show you how to stay mindful for an entire day and develop a plan to stay mindful in the long term.

Memory Goals Workshops
There is an abundance of information that is available for things that are beneficial for memory (e.g., nutrition, exercise, cognitive exercise). This workshop aims to assist with developing a long-term plan for working on memory related goals.​

​Safety Workshops
This workshop aims to assist people in developing behaviors that lead to safety. You will learn how to create a safety plan for various situations, how to notice unsafe situations, and tools that can aid you in these situations.​

Story Meaning Exploration Workshops
It can be difficult to understand why tragic events or pleasant events happen in our lives. This workshop aims to help people find the deeper meaning of why things may happen, and present a silver lining to many of life's challenges.

Accountability Initiatives
People who have attended daily behavior planning workshops will be eligible to attend weekly accountability group meetings to assist with topics discussed in the workshops.
